Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching of hourly associates.• Ability to work any shift.• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.• Develop, communicate and implement solutions.• Lead the team in a time sensitive environment.• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
REQUIREMENTS
• 4-6 years of progressive Warehouse Supervisor experience preferably in food distribution.• Must have prior proven warehouse supervisory experience to be considered.• Knowledge of RF, Warehouse Management Systems, and MS office programs a plus.• Two year college degree preferred but not required
