Warehouse Supervisor

Constar International Inc. (Nasdaq: CNST), a newly public growth-oriented company, is a $650 million+ leading manufacturer of plastic bottles for consumer marketing companies around the world, manufacturing a wide range of plastic bottles for food, beverage, personal care, health and beauty care, household and industrial products. Constar presently operates 18 manufacturing facilities worldwide, 15 domestic and 3 international.
This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the Warehouse's in two facilities including the following: reviewing production, receiving and shipping schedules to determine work sequence and priorities; ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed and that team members adhere to all Constar required safety rules; handling personnel issues including training, performance reviews, progressive discipline and time and attendance.
Must be able to operate a forklift safely and be able to load and unload materials as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, where at least 2 years of the time was spent in a supervisory position. Must be able to create and maintain excel spreadsheets, word documents, write standard operating procedures and use email. AS400 experience and some college education a plus.
