Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. In this position, the qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies; supervising staff; meeting operational standards; controlling expenses; moving inventory; delivering supplies and equipment to departments; securing the warehouse; and keeping equipment operating.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior experience developing and implementing standards and procedures to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy and performance.
Familiarity working within union environments is preferred.
Warehouse operations experience.
Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for distribution to various levels of management.
Experience performing hands on equipment maintenance.
Experience in Facilities Management or Environmental Health and Safety position. Exposure to industrial hygiene, and health and safety issues.


Prior management experience directing subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
