Supervalu Inc., a Fortune 500 Company and leader in the grocery retail and distribution industry, is currently seeking a Warehouse Superintendent for the Minneapolis distribution center located in Hopkins, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct activities of warehouse supervisors; ensure that warehouse operations are being conducted with efficiency, safety as well as customer service; interact with category management, transportation, accounting, retail marketing and retailers; problem solves solutions to logistical and personnel opportunities to insure optimum service to our retail customers; must be willing to work any shift.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Three to five (3-5) years distribution supervisory experience in high volume, fast paced operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven success in positively impacting diverse workforce
- Strong work management and measurement abilities
- Bachelor's degree highly desirable
