Manager, Internal Audit
General Accounting Manager
Accountant
Executive Assistant

Manager, Internal Audit – This professional will be responsible for coordinating plans to document, execute and review all internal controls at Garmin facilities worldwide, ensuring SOX compliance, recommending and developing process improvements, cost savings opportunities, and other strategic changes necessary within the organization, and reporting to executive management on findings. BS in Business or Accounting, CPA certification, plus a minimum of five years of experience in Accounting/Finance are required. MBA, Prior Oracle and/or public accounting experience are preferred.

General Accounting Manager - Responsibilities for this position include supervising, training, and directing staff in General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets activities. BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, CPA certification, plus 5+ years experience in accounting with three years of supervisory experience are required. Prior Oracle ERP experience and/or public accounting experience are a plus!

Accountant – This professional will be responsible for handling general accounting functions including the month end closing process, various bank and account reconciliations, SOX tests, maintaining spreadsheets of items with royalty codes, purchasing price variance analysis, and preparing freight, duty, and labor overhead calculations. BS in Accounting, with a strong GPA and a solid grasp of accounting principles plus strong problem solving and negotiation skills are a must.

Executive Assistant - This professional will be responsible for providing administrative support to Garmin’s President, CFO, and other executive level staff as needed. An Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree and a minimum of five years of executive support experience are required. The ability to type 60 wpm with accuracy and excellent proofreading skills are also essential.

All positions require a positive attitude, strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, good working knowledge of MS Office tools, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
