The responsibilities of this role include(but are not limited to):



Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the warehouse.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employee; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving employee conflicts.

Ensures proper execution of all policies and procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover size, weight, and related factors of items stored.

Develops and maintains shipping procedures and efficiencies, inventory maintenance and accuracy, receiving and order shipments.

Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables.

Approves all inventory adjustments made by warehouse staff.

Works with other departments and corporate office on ordering of product.

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:


Associates Degree or equilivant

2+ years experience and/or training

2-3 years Warehouse experience

Prior supervisory experience

Valid driver's license with spotless driving record
