Warehouse Manager
We're looking for someone to manage all warehouse functions including:

* Shipping / receiving packing
* Procedures for all functions of warehouse management.
* Supervise 15 employees / hire / fire / review / delegate
* Report on service to sales.
* Lead by example, this is a working manager.
* You will be out there in the heat with your employees.
* Able to repeatedly lift 60 lbs plus.
* Hold weekly meetings with supervisors and staff.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Excellent follow-through.
* Ability to respond to Daily sales requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in warehousing /shipping / receiving

Experience to include:
* Truck Routing
* UPS online
* Bill of Ladings
* International shipping / Commercial Invoices
* Safety procedures
* Supervision experience a must
* Actual experience On demand picking fast pace pick pack.
* Physically able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs repeatedly
* Cycle count procedure
* Understand a sense of urgency
* Quality control procedures
