Retail Store Operations - Henderson NV

This is a chance to enter the management level of a leading electronic retailer!
While working with the General Store Manager, the Operations Manager is actively responsible for all aspects of store operations from inventory control, loss prevention and store merchandising. Additionally, the OPS manager will engage customers and provide assistance when a sales person in unavailable.
Responsibilities include:- Inventory Control
- Receive all Stock Trucks
- Manage the flow of inventory both incoming and outgoing
- Cycle counts
- Notify customers on received service pieces
- Store Merchandising- Auditing to ensure all sales transactions are processed within company guidelines. Ensure nightly closeout procedures and accounting policies are adhered to and accurate.- Security and Safety- Training associates on operations procedures.- Selling and Customer service- Opening and closing the store and general "manager on duty responsibilities"- Management of controllable expenses such as shrink, scrapped merchandise, credit card charge backs, cash draw shortages, discontinued merchandise, store supplies and receivable.Additional InformationWe offer a fun, relaxed work environment, a strong promote from within policy, high ethical and professional standards and great managers to work with. Personal Characteristics Needed

High school diploma or GED
