Traffic Manager

Manage the daily advertising traffic function, which includes the workflow processing of over 3200 jobs annually to include:Lead the ongoing management and communications related to the development, roll-out, new release, training and ongoing use of the MRM(HUGO)Act as subject matter expert on MRM tool to manage ongoing questions from system users and to trouble shoot for over 100 systems ? including contact initiation with Unica software and hosting agentUpon receipt of new jobs via HUGO evaluate timetables and adjust workflows as needed to keep projects on track ? communicate to all project team members that job has startedMonitor all jobs in HUGO system (150+ at a time) to insure timetables are being metProvide training, advice, and act as troubleshooter to users of the MRM toolOrganize and participate in training sessions and information sessions at Unica software related to MRM technology tool and its use at CVS/pharmacyLead Account Service/Creative Dept. ?Touch-base meetings? any workflow/project issues
Lead the ongoing implementation and improvement of the MRM (HUGO) to include:Serve as primary contact for Unica software company, MRM host, and internal IT groupManage contract requirements and license agreementsSet up new users and train new users to systemGenerate and analyze reports requested by Director of Accounts Services/Vice President of AdvertisingDirect Account Service/Traffic Specialist in areas that require supportManage implementation of all MRM system upgrades released by Unica ? including template changes if needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred.5 to 8 years of previous related work experience.Advanced logistical problem solving a MUST. Past experience designing and starting an Agency Traffic function and requisite processes highly desirable.Excellent knowledge of design, production and printing process. Understands components, cycle times, and production and distribution requirements of retail project deliverables.Extremely adept at implementing, refining, navigating and maintaining electronic workflow systems.Ability to effectively communicate with IT internal and external teamsDemonstrated capability to build relationships in a team-oriented environment.Highly detail oriented; keeps accurate records. Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
