Supports Warehouse and Traffic management functions as needed

Create DD Form 1149 for Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) and Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
Assist in coordinating all movements of airport screening equipment with warehouse personnel, TSA, and OEM’s.

Assist in the Development of processes and procedures for monitoring the issuance of materials and equipment

Applies and may adapt administrative procedures, processes and techniques.

Utilizes advanced functions of personal computer, including intra/internet, to achieve efficiencies within the workgroup.

Order and maintain office supplies

Sets up and maintains files and documents

Point of contact for site vendors and site utilities

May authorize or control expenditures within defined limits, including administration of site invoices and billing

Works independently to perform advanced, diversified, and complex administrative duties.

Personally screens and/or answers correspondence as circumstances or discretion requires.

Acts as site delegate and point of contact for timekeeping and expense reporting.

Maintains site badging/security control and site contact information.Skills/Experience

1-3 years experience

Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritizes multiple responsibilities, and must be detail-oriented

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively for a diverse team-oriented companyEducation
