Lead a team of employees providing business travel service for external corporate clients. Responsible for coaching and developing a team of Travel Counselors. Maintain excellent relationship with key customer contacts. Ensure accuracy and quality of customer service through effective monitoring techniques and observance of performance.Job RequirementsExcellent understanding of the travel industry and the reservation process, (Apollo or Sabre preferred). At least 1 year experience leading/managing others. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Working knowledge of leadership model and coaching techniques.
