CSI Associate/Delivery (Part-Time)

Department: Store-Customer ServiceDealer: 2571-CHAMPION TOYOTAJob Description: CHAMPION TOYOTA IS SEEKING TO ADD SEVERAL PART-TIME CSI ASSOCIATES TO OUR TEAM!!The first position is from 10:00am until 3:00pm (Monday through Friday) w/ rotating, flexible Saturday hours, and one week-day off.The second position is from 12:00noon to 5:00pm (Monday through Friday) w/ rotating, flexible Saturday hours, and one week-day off.The third position is from 2:00pm to 7:00pm (Monday through Friday) w/ rotating, flexible Saturday hours, and one week-day off.The fourth position is from 4:00pm to 9:00pm (Monday through Friday) w/ rotating, flexible Saturday hours, and one week-day off.CSI Associates are the dealerships goodwill ambassador. They fulfill the dealerships customer relations policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base. Working with department managers, the CSI Associate develops and administers the dealerships customer relations program. REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience:
Recent experience in heavy public contact position.
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Must have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
(Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have exceptional Listening skillsRequired Education:
