Trainer

Our Virginia Beach, VA location is currently searching for a Trainer.Principle Responsibilities:
-Conducts initial training classes to all new employees.
-Conducts on-going needs based training to existing employees.-Participates, upon availability, in monitoring sessions to assist in evaluating project strengths and training opportunity areas.-Demonstrates commitment to the accomplishment of company and departmental goals through flexibility and adherence to company policies and departmental practices.
-Demonstrates a professional demeanor in all interactions with company personnel.
-Demonstrates commitment to a team approach in accomplishing company goals through professional and positive relationships with co-workers and appropriate referral of information between work groups.
-Exhibits behaviors consistent with the maintenance of a safe working environment including cleanliness of classrooms and responsibility for members of training class.
-Manages time effectively and exhibits regular and predictable attendance in accordance with company policy and procedures.
-Exhibits professional oral and written communication skills and ensures the appropriate flow of information up the chain of authority.
-Exhibits an understanding of company goals and objectives and their role in achieving them.
-Maintains strict confidentiality of all job-related information and functions with complete discretion and diplomacy
-Assist other members of the department and other departments as needed in support of training goals, as well as company goals.
-Fills in as needed to represent the department at Project meetings.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Candidates Should Meet the Following Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
-One to three years direct training experience that includes both delivery and development of curriculum, preferably in a collections call center environment.
-Must have understanding of adult learning principles.
-Must have strong presentation skills.
-Must have understanding of curriculum development principles.
-Must be able to identify training improvement opportunities, and implement changes as needed.
-Must have strong leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Proficient in Excel, Word and Windows.
-Strong professional skills and initiative.
-Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
-Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality.
-Knowledge and understanding of NCO Policies and Procedures.
-Candidate should not be involved in any progressive discipline steps.Required:
