Trainer

integrating behavioral change with health and fitness strategies; positions Axia as a leader in prevention.

Harris HealthTrends is currently looking to add a Trainer to our Health Advising Division. The Trainer will coordinate the Training Orientation for new employees in both the Toledo and Columbus, OH call center locations.
REQUIREMENTS
The Trainer will be responsible for:

•Conducting random audits/monitoring of advising sessions by listening to call protocol and implementing corrective action if needed
•Tracking divisional training activity
•Attending regional and national health fairs
•Serving as backup for divisional supervisors and account managers

The ideal candidate will possess the following education, experience, and skill set requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in business or health related field (Master's preferred)
•Previous Training or Supervisory experience desired
•Travel is required as the position may be based out of the Toledo or Columbus, OH office with travel up to three times per week between the sites
