Trainer: 3-01-202

Location: 4000 W. Brown Deer Road,Brown Deer,WisconsinWe are seeking detail-oriented, deadline-driven individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills to create and conduct company-wide training programs. This position plays a key role in the development, implementation and execution of new product and program education throughout the company. As the Trainer within our Home Equity division, the primary responsibilities are: 1) Researching new training methods and determining their feasibility of use within the organization. 2) Enhancing current training courses to ensure maximum effectiveness of courses. 3) Partnering with program experts to create and coordinate training materials for training courses and programs. Write training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, skill practices and exercises). 4) Facilitating training sessions to organization using various tools (written, verbal, webcast, etc.). Training sessions are conducted onsite and offsite to employee groups and management groups. 5) Conducting non-technical programs (soft-skills) as needed (leadership development, customer service, sales training, etc.) This qualified candidate must have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field along with at least 2 years of techincal training experience. This candidate must demonstrate the ability to operate as an internal consultant with management to ensure programs are meeting business needs. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of concepts, systems and procedures used in the mortgage industry is preferred. Some travel may be required.
