Therapists-Clinical Trainer

Progressive Step Rehabilitation, a nation-wide healthcare leader, is seeking aClinical Trainer – Rehabilitation Division
for the state of Ohio. We currently own & operate 30 facilities across the state & we are seeking a talented individual to conduct training, orientation, documentation and compliance for all Progressive Step facility, regional & area staff.Responsibilities:• Develop new rehab training tools, policies, and procedures.• Develop new training protocols and roll-out these protocols to the facilities• Conduct orientation for all new facility based staff and assist in orientation of Regional/Area staff.• Provide on-going training to facility rehab staff, to enhance therapy programs and revenue.• Perform training on documentation and compliance during orientation and on an annual basis.Requirements:
1. Candidates must be a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist with Bachelor’s degree or higher.2. Candidates must also possess a strong understanding of Long-term care operations & programming.3. Interdisciplinary training or management experience
