System & Software Integrator/Trainer (302843)
Lockheed Martin Information Technology Professional Services is seeking a System & Software Integrator/Trainer. The selected applicant will: work with analysts in the INSCOM G3, INSCOM Intelligence Operations Center (IOC), Major Subordinate Commands (MSC), and other elements to determine training requirements and associated deficiencies; work with systems integrators to determine appropriate training for new software, or updates to existing software; plan, conduct, and coordinate training for INSCOM analysts (novice and intermediate skill levels) on IOC software tools in order to improve efficiency, understanding, and product content; write and maintain CONOPs, briefings, reports, MOAs, SOPs, AARs, and other related materials for major system training actions, or as directed; coordinate the software and hardware implementation for affected workstations, the training of involved personnel, and the modification of SOPs and training modules that are impacted; write revisions and upgrades (as necessary) to training manuals and documents; act as a liaison (when necessary) to troubleshoot and assist analysts in improved utilization of software applications, analytical tools, and programs. This is a full-time position located at Ft Belvoir, VA. Local, CONUS, and OCONUS travel may be required up to 20% of the time. REQUIREMENTS
U.S. citizen with a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility (TS/SCI); candidate must have a broad-based knowledge of intelligence-related tools and software; must be able to translate users' comments into meaningful software suggestions; Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
