Sales Trainer

Due to our continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a results driven sales trainer to design, develop and implement sales training for our nation-wide company. This individual will be an integral part of the sales program for our growth-focused organization.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:•Teaching sales process skills to new sales force including prospecting, presenting, objection handling, territory development and closing techniques.•Training new sales force how to develop a territory from scratch into a multi million per year territory.•Training, assessing and managing all aspects of the training program.•Maintaining a high level of motivation within the sales force at all times.•Responsible for the development, use and maintenance of all processes and tools for the sales staff.We offer an excellent salary/benefit package and opportunity for continued growth. REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate must have 5 years sales training experience, 2-5 years sales experience, ability and willingness to champion new ideas in order to improve performance and business result, be self motivated with a positive attitude, strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience in business to business sales, targeting small size businesses preferred. 50% or greater travel is required.
