MASINT Exploitation Analyst / Trainer

SRA is consistently recognized as an IT leader by clients, industry associations, and business and technology publications.Daily Responsibilities: Position is contingent on award of contract.Candidate will provide process and Exploit time sensitive SAR, TIR and Spectral MASINT data and report findings to applicable customers via written and/or voice report and MASINT products. Additionally, the candidate will produce special MASINT products for dissemination. Specific duties are: provide Command Functional AF DCGS MASINT management; provide Group-level management for implementing MASINT into its sites; provide Air Staff-level management for implementing MASINT into its sites; create curriculum and provide training in SAR, TIR and Spectral MASINT exploitation. Additionally perform as MASINT analysts when not training. Candidate will ensure MEWS are fully operational and provide timely system support to site users to meet mission needs for the 480 IW/27 IS. Required: Years of experience (min) 6 Required: Degree None Required: Subject 10 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree requirement Required: Software MS Office Suite Required: Management/Strategy Consulting Skills Minimum six years experience of specialized training or experience on MASINT Exploitation Analysis. Minimum 4 years MASINT exploitation experience. Thorough understanding of fundamental mathematical and physical principles and chemical/biological/geophysical phenomena as they apply to MASINT preferred. Knowledge of DCGS related sensors and remote collection platforms. Good communications skills; capable of briefing senior officials. Experience in developing and conducting training for military/government civilian personnel, to include establishment of work standards, methods and controls. Experience operating exploitation equipment and using automated data base systems. Experience constructing queries and retrieving historical files to conduct analysis. Individual exploitation proficiency. Perform shift work. Prior AF DCGS/MASINT exploitation experience a plus.
