Enterprise Training Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY: Interviews begin immediately; position is located in American Fork, Utah. Position offers salary plus fantastic benefits! Design Enterprise product training for delivery in customer offices, seminars, tradeshows, user conferences, and online courses. Select, certify, train, and supervise Enterprise trainers. Manage the new customer training process. Evaluate Enterprise training programs and products and identify potential improvements. Assist with the development of marketing campaigns, materials, and website content. Assist with other Training Department programs and projects as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Design Enterprise product training for delivery in customer offices, seminars, tradeshows, user conferences, and online courses.
?Analyze product features, customer characteristics, and customer learning needs.
?Define instructional objectives, scope, and sequence to maximize learning, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
?Select appropriate instructional methods.
?Write and edit print materials for trainers and learners.
?Develop content (e.g., text, audio, images) for online courses.
2.Select, certify, train, and supervise Enterprise trainers.
?Assess the need for additional Enterprise trainers.
?Review candidates and select potential Enterprise trainers.
?Create certification materials and exams and coordinate the certification process.
?Secure signed contracts from new Enterprise trainers.
?Demonstrate the training process and observe new trainers to ensure their readiness (or arrange demonstrations and observations with other experienced trainers).
3.Manage the new customer training process.
?Contact new customers to assess training needs.
?Assign trainers to conduct in-office training for new customers (or travel to customer sites and conduct the training as needed).
?Review trainer payment requests and assist with payment processing.
?Register customers for other seminar, user conference, and tradeshow training events.
?Resolve customer disputes regarding all Enterprise training events.
4.Evaluate Enterprise training programs and products and identify potential improvements.
?Review customer evaluations of trainers and training events.
?Consult with the Training Manager, the Enterprise Product Manager, and others to identify training program improvements.
?Provide feedback and remedial instruction for trainers when necessary.
?Travel when necessary to observe and evaluate training events.
5.Assist with the development of marketing campaigns, materials, and website content.
?Help identify appropriate marketing strategies for Enterprise training events.
?Help write content for marketing materials and websites.
6.Assist with other programs and projects as needed. For example:
?Conduct seminars, training in customer offices, in-house staff training, and coaching via telephone.
?Provide training and other support at tradeshows and conferences.
?Receive customer calls from the Training Department phone queue.
?Plan and coordinate train-the-trainer events.
?Attend product development and enhancement meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
?High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
?One year conducting training or facilitating seminars
?Experience with technical products preferred
?Experience with Dentrix products and/or dental offices preferred
?Understanding of adult learning preferences and instructional design processes
?Understanding of effective software training methods
?Training and group facilitation skills
?Writing and editing skills
?Customer service skills
?Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and document layout applications such as Adobe InDesign
•Aptitude for self-directed study and willingness to learn about technical products with limited guidance
?Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on concurrent projects
?Must provide two writing samples in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format
