The ultimate responsibilities of a District Sales Manager are to grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting sales plans. District Sales Managers are key to implementing AVON field strategy which is critical to the achievement of direct selling excellence. They implement AVON strategies by recruiting, motivating and training Avon Representatives and in doing so, achieve sales objectives. They help the Representatives achieve personal and career goals. They provide leadership in a territory that can generate up to $2,000,000 a year.
We are looking for a District Sales Manager who has experience in management, field sales/service experience, and experience in recruiting/cold calling. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives. Creativity, leadership, and business acumen are essential. Multi-level marketing experience a plus. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Diversity candidates are welcome.
