Wireless Sales Specialist

Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless' largest privately owned wireless retailer, is seeking bright, energetic and professional sales persons to provide sales and service to perspective customers. Cellular Sales offers the highest commission in the industry and an opportunity to achieve a new level of success.

As an agent the representative will be responsible for increasing sales and service to Verizon's current customer base as well as creating new accounts in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and surrounding Virginia areas. Primary responsibilities include the sale of cellular and wireless products including standard wireless service, wireless Internet services, current and promotional rate plans, equipment features, and referrals, as well as prepare appropriate paperwork and reports.

AS A WIRELESS SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:

1. Achieve sales goals and objectives on a consistent basis

2. Communicate services, product features, past and current rate plans as well as special promotions to customers.

3. Prepare time sensitive paperwork and inventory reports on a daily basis

4. Service existing customers and accounts including the investigation and resolution of billing and service issues

5. Resolve customer complaints or refer customers to supervisor or proper department for resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* Prefer previous direct sales/outside sales experience. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

* Strong negotiating skills

* High energy level and degree of self-motivation

* Ability to work effectively without close supervision
