WLS Order Process Specialist RAC

Activate new wireless service and provision features. Monitor credit approval queues and evaluate credit-worthiness of new customers. Perform account maintenance functions, such as, rate plan and feature changes. Troubleshoot errors impacting activation and account setup. Respond to agent questions, complaints and problems. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Annual Pay: $24,000.00
Minimum Hourly Pay: $11.54There is no relocation package offered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively interface with distribution channels & end-user customers. Good organizational and prioritization skills required. Analytical ability for trouble-shooting situations is essential. PC experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours: evenings, weekend and holiday hours. Ability to type at least 45 wpm.Education:High school diploma or equivalency.Experience:0-2 years total experience; 0-18 months customer service, credit or collections experience.Qualifications:Call center or wireless experience. Knowledge of ALLTEL wireless systems (VII, Cellware, Unity) helpful. Self starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
