We are excited to expand our Telemarketing Department in our bright, state of the art, outbound sales and customer service call center by hiring Tele-Sales Representatives.
Your job as a TeleSolutions Sales Representative is to increase our cutomer success by offering additional tools, products, and services to our existing customers who have inquired about our products and programs. There is absolutely no cold-calling in any way.
Our TeleSolutions Sales Representatives receive a guranteed base of $9/hour + up to $29 per sale in comission (Average pay $14-$18/hr). Spiffs, and incentives rewarded on sales made.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Sell additional products and services to existing customers
·Help motivate students within our coaching program to utilize the products and tools they have received
·Work Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 9:00pm and every Saturday morning, 8:00am - 2:30pm (Fridays and Sundays are off)
REQUIREMENTS
Skill & Requirements:

·Strong and polite telephone skills
·Previous sales experience
·Strong drive and motivation to succeed
·Energetic and upbeat attitude
·Excellent attendance and work history
