Owner's Rep/Construction Manager

The Sr. Construction Manager will oversee construction related activities for Southern California projects. Currently building high rise, mid-rise and podium residential products throughout the region. Oversees all general contracted construction activities, and will function as Owner's Rep on joint venture projects.


Primary responsibility for oversight of construction activities includes; constructability reviews, budget and schedule management, cost control, product quality, construction documentation and adherence to proper construction techniques. Works under the direction of the Vice President Construction Management and will assist with plan development and cost analysis.


Requirements: Ten plus years of new construction project management experience. Podium construction experience required, preferably building type 3 and type 5 residential buildings. Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, high rise experience and type 2 building construction a plus.
