Architectural Drafter - (AutoCAD or ADT)

Purpose: Position: Architectural Drafter with Commercial project experience

Location: Sacramento, CA (Natomas area)

Salary: $33K-$49K/yr DOE + excellent Bonus and Benefit package

Growing twenty five person progressive and design oriented Architectural office actively seeks talented and experienced Architectural Drafter to join our Commercial and Institutional building project studio. Our firm has a prestigious client list of companies such as Safeway, Bel-Air, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Staples, ect.

Successful candidates will posses a minimum of 2 years of professional Architectural Drafting experience pertaining to the origination or modification or Architectural Construction Documents using recent AutoCAD and/or Architectural Desktop versions. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in both a team oriented and independent work environment. Outstanding Architectural Drafting candidates will have significant architectural project experience pertaining to Commercial & Institutional building projects, 3D Model production, and construction site visits are preferred.

This Senior Architectural Drafter will work directly with our project design team aiding in the production of Architectural construction documents and presentation drawings using AutoCAD and/or Architectural Desktop for our commercial and institutional building projects.
