Kelly Clinical Research, one of the successful business units of Kelly Services Inc., it's looking for Clinical Research Project Management opportunity with Leading Pharmaceutical company in the Northern Chicago Suburbs.

Clinical Research Project Manager main responsibilities are; planning of project activities for decision making, managing the progress of the project while identifying critical steps and communicating project related issues to senior management.

Qualified candidate will have the experience assisting Senior Project Manager in setting the project strategies, goals, priorities,plans and schedules. Coordinate team meetings related to the projects. Take minutes from the various project related meetings. Assist evaluating new opportunities like;in-licensing candidates, impact of change in market conditions or availability of new project data. Support the coordination of global activity on Research & Development for submission/approvals on compounds.

Position will be responsible for also, assisting Senior Management in identifying and resolving scientific, regulatory, commercial, scheduling and budget issues in relation to supporting projects. Monitoring and management of the project progress, schedules and resources to produce results defined in the IDP/Integrated Development Strategy (IDS)

Maintain the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Integrated Development Strategy (IDS). Identify project tracking information to resolve project progress /issues.

Develops and manage project budget in conjunction with finance and technical experts/project team members. Report progress of project issues, plans, schedules to Research & Development and participates in continuous improvement of Project Management. Managed NCE/NBE drug development and/or clinical research projects.

Minimum qualifications for this positions are the following: B.S. with 5 years or M.S. with 3 years of drug development experience.
