The Adult Representative position is responsible for recruiting adult prospects and matching their needs and interest with the educational services offered by ITT Technical Institute. The position is also responsible for facilitating orientation and Registration day activities.
- Use telephone and e-mail to identify and interview interested adult student prospects to determine their educational needs, concerns and interests.
-Match prospective student needs with the educational services offered by ITT Technical Institute.
-Closely assist and mentors students through admissions process.
-Verbally communicates approved presentations to promote programs to prospective adult students.
-Attends group recruiting meets and other meetings as required.
-Participates in Orientation/Registration Day proceedings for new students.
-Generate referral business to help maintain company goals.
-Participates in school retention efforts maintaining productive contact with his/her active students through graduation.
-Actively participates in special recruiting promotional activities. REQUIREMENTS
-College degree in marketing, business or related area preferred or a minimum of 2 years work experience in sales.
-Bonded and/or licensed in accordance with applicable state law(s).
-Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base.
