Sales Assistant

Classification: Temporary Compensation: Pay up to $18.23 per hour A Hayward company has a temporary to full time opportunity for a Sales Assistant to support two sales representatives. They are seeking a goal orientated individual who is proficient with using Excel (formatting, functions), Word (composing letters and correspondence), has the ability to prioritize, is result orientated, outgoing, has excellent customer service skills and is thorough. This position will also back up the reception desk as needed and will provide general support to office staff as needed. Additionally will assist with setting up job orders, will work with the warehouse staff on shipments and set up of orders, will call vendors and track orders from start to finish, will also call customer to ensure that service expectations have been met.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
