Regional Sales Manager acts as a highly effective business advisor. Foster and activate existing dealer relationships, prospect and develop new accounts. Educate and train Sales and Finance staff on the HSBC Auto Finance program to enhance and develop their understanding of policies, guidelines, requirements, credit and funding processes and operations. Resolve customer service issues and concerns between dealership and servicing centers. Provide value adds that differentiate in an effort to achieve sales volume goals.

job Requirements



Bachelor’s degree

Three years in Sales and/or Auto Financial Services industry

Complete understanding of Consumer Lending and Auto Financial Services

Knowledge of underwriting, qualifications, customer requirements, deal structuring and credit / funding processes

Ability to manage inventory

Analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to conduct effective sales presentations, consultative and needs assessment selling

Ability to negotiate sales
