Position Title: Pharmaceutical Sales - District Sales Manager

Work Location: California-Sacramento

Major Responsibilities: We currently have a Division Sales Manager position in the Sacramento, CA division. In this role, you will manage 12 sales representatives. Specific duties will include: hiring local sales representatives, ensuring that all vacant territories are covered, developing relationships with key accounts, executing an operating plan within your territory and providing local market information. In addition, you will be expected to use your expertise to drive the overall business, achieve sales results, motivate representatives to meet territory goals and in general succeed in a highly competitive environment. You will also be responsible for guaranteeing that Roche policies and procedures are upheld at all times.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a creative individual living in the Sacramento area with at least 2 – 3 years of sales management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and a proven ability to motivate and empower a team.
