CALIBRUS:

Calibrus, Inc. was founded in 1999 and is a growth-oriented company that is a leader in the Telecommunications and Insurance industries providing call recording and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services. Calibrus over the last six years has accumulated a list of some of the largest Telecom, Cable and Insurance companies in the nation. We’re still growing and currently seeking high energy, experienced sales professionals for Business-to-Business Sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Representative will be calling upon Telecom, Cable, Insurance, Banking, Financial, Electricity/Utility Providers, and many more selling Calibrus Hosted Solutions, which include but are not limited to, Third Party Verification, Interactive Voice Response Systems, Claims Recording Systems, and Hosted Call Recording Systems.

Calibrus will initially help you develop lead lists but we do expect you to act upon the leads, cold or hot, that are assigned to you and to grow your own lead list and prospect sales.

Travel is expected 15% of the time to not only provide demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients but also attend industry tradeshows and conferences. A valid driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of insurance are required for car rentals and travel.

Normal workweek is Monday through Friday.

COMPENSATION:

Starting salary based upon experience - Plus commission.

Calibrus offers Medical and Dental benefits and Paid Time Off (PTO) which accumulates monthly from first day of work. Also available are yearly bonus, sales contests and vacation awards.
REQUIREMENTS
Top performer must have a minimum of 5 years of OUTSIDE sales experience. Candidate must have a proven track record of top performance in sales. We require a positive attitude, high energy and a sense of urgency, along with sufficient work ethic. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must, also must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & PowerPoint and familiarity with various Sales tracking programs a plus. Candidate must be a team player, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently to research and build contacts for new product lines. Must have a strong follow through.
