We are a successful, rapidly growing, provider of medical services focused on elective healthcare. We are the industry leader in the Bay Area, and are developing a growing network of corporate referrals. We have established contacts with many corporations in the Bay Area seeking to add our services to their existing services and benefits to their employees and we are looking for an experienced outside sales professional who can solidify these relationships and grow the referrals. This position will also require developing new relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
-Calling on existing contacts to develop programs to facilitate referrals for the use of our services
-Developing new relationships that will result in referrals for the use of our services
-Facilitating various communication activities with the employees, including e-mails, intranet postings, mail, seminars, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience
-Ability to cultivate relationships with HR decision makers and high level executives
-Clear thinker and exceptional presentation skills
-Organized, strategic planner
-Strong negotiation and influence skills

All accounts are in the Bay Area.
