Outside Account Executive

In addition to the wide array of products you will be selling, we are offering new qualified sales reps a sign-on bonus, a 6-month salary guarantee and up to 24% commission.

Recycler Account Executives are responsible for selling and servicing advertising space in all of the Recycler print publications, On-line products and special supplements as assigned.

LOCATIONS: We have offices in Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange County, Ontario and the San Fernando Valley.

ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for selling and servicing advertising space in all of the Recycler print publications, the Los Angeles Times, On-line products and special supplements as assigned..

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure accuracy of all insertion orders, contracts, receipts and other data associated with servicing account

Knowledge and familiarity with all products including readership and rates.

Attain weekly and monthly sales goals

Attain product specific goals

Develop new programs for both new and existing advertisers.

Prompt attendance at all sales meetings.

Knowledge of and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Review monthly aging reports, collect and process adjustments as necessary.

Ensure that all company deadlines are adhered to.

Ensure that paperwork is legible and accurate.

Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Advertising sales experience preferred

Experience in a niche print environment helpful

Automotive knowledge helpful

Ability to understand and articulate rate cards

Strong people skills
