Securities Corporation is seeking aggressive, money hungry candidates to flurish in an uncapped commission structure. Base + Commission incentives.
*Create self-generated leads as well as work company generated leads.
*Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts by responding appropriately to customer needs with good product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to secure results and client satisfaction.
*Effective use of sales abilities to create a sense of urgency, identifying features and benefits of each product/service and responding appropriately to customers by handling objections and closing the sale.
*Participate in on-going coaching and training sessions to increase effective communication, customer service and sales skills, to maximize individual and team performance.
REQUIREMENTS
*A creative, outgoing and energetic personality to present ideas clearly and enthusiastically to create impact and drive audience interest.
*Previous experience working in a sales environment
*Ability to determine individual customer needs, create opportunities and overcome objections.
*Ability to work in a fast paced consumer driven environment and make responsible decisions quickly.
*Ability to remain composed when faced with unexpected problems and stressful situations.
*AA degree required. Completion of a post secondary education an asset, but not required.
