Inside Sales Supervisor opening for San Ramon Financial Company!

Current Inside Sales Supervisor is relocating to a different division within the company thus the need for a tenured, aggressive I/S Supervisor!

*Monitor calls, track productivity and provide daily coaching to team in order to meet goals
*Review and approve sales contracts
*Provide leadership and vision to the inside sales team
*Conduct regular contests in order to generate enthusiasm in the office and drive results
*Spend time daily with their team monitoring calls and coaching on sales, closing, customer service skills
*Works within the management team to provide leadership and direction to company.
*Prepares Team Members’ yearly evaluation forms.
REQUIREMENTS
*Strong record of prior inside sales lead/management experience
*Coach the team to reach aggressive sales goals and build strong relationships with customers
*Exceeding revenue objectives
*Forecasting revenue
*Developing new business
*Implementing creative sales ideas
*Develop and coach sales staff
*Strong communication and organizational skills
*A basic yet thorough understanding of computers and the Internet
*Selling and/or managing in the media advertising or automotive industry a plus
