Inside Sales & Lead Qualifier - Benefits on your First Day!

Are you good on the phone? Can you make at least 40-50 outbound calls a day? Then we may have the opportunity for you in our office!! Perseus is a leading software company, looking for aggressive Inside sales and Lead developers in North Scottsdale. Our office is small (10 people) fun and great way to earn some money!

The Account Representatives help generate new sales opportunities and work with a senior sales executive as a sales team.
Account Reps are responsible for maintaining relationships and satisfaction levels with current customers, while also building relationships with new customers. The Account Rep, along with the Senior Account Executive, is responsible for developing sales strategies to increase opportunities within geographic or industry-specific territories. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of application software sales experience is required. Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Hosted software solutions is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Respond immediately to customer inquiries, phone and email.
•Outbound telemarketing to established customers.
•Strategize with outside sales team to increase revenue for established accounts.
•Smoothly transition new customers to post-sales support teams.
•Special sales/marketing projects when requested.
SKILLS:
•Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
•Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational and technical skills.
•Solution-oriented sales approach.
•Strong prospecting skills.
•Desire to work in very fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Outbound phone calls, following up to prospects and leads. CRM experience and customer service experience helpful. Must be willing and able to work in a fun, dynamic environment.
