Inside Sales

Purpose: Up to 15 individuals are needed for the Business Direct Inside Sales Team. On a daily basis these individuals will be responsible for contacting companies (75% are existing customers, 25% are cold calls). All companies contacted have been pre-approved with lines of credit at our client. The inside sales rep will need to determine the customers and need and submit their formal application for the lines of credit. Follow-up calls may be necessary as well as handling retention and winbacks.
