Inside Rental Sales

H & E Equipment Services has an immediate opening for an Inside Rental Sales Representative located in our Phoenix, AZ Branch – Rentals Operation. This person will be responsible for rental and sale of equipment in Phoenix & the surrounding area and will deal with construction project managers, superintendents, and purchasing managers concerning their construction equipment needs. A working knowledge of Aerial, Crane, and Material Handling equipment is preferred.
The ideal candidate should:
• Have Construction Equipment related sales experience; specifically Aerial, Crane, and Material Handling Equipment.
• Have great oral & written communication skills
• Possess great work ethics
• Be a self-starter
• Have strong Computer skills.Job Responsibilities
• Manage RPO contracts
• Resolve customer disputes and minimize credit amounts
• Utilize “Connect” to increase sales productivity
• Collect aged invoices for rentals and damages that occurred during rental
