Inbound Sales Rep

Provides total customer support.

Takes inbound customer calls.

Makes outbound sales calls.

Identifies customer needs and sales opportunities.

Provides information about video, telephone, high speed data and digital TV services to proactively sell services and products.

Uses a telephone and computer.

The ideal Inbound Sales Representative candidate will have 1+ years progressively responsible and successful sales experience in a call center environment.

Key success factors for this career are: self directed and independent; strong software skills; ability to multi task & prioritize (critical); an eye for details; solid quantitative & analytical skills; enthusiastic, ability to take advantage of occasional outbound opportunity, and enjoys working in a fast paced, high energy work environment.

Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications: basic math skills; ability to operate a computer; demonstrated effective verbal communication skills, diction, English grammar and tone.

SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL skills a plus, with excellent pay incentive
