Customer Service Representative III

Represent Smurfit Stone in coordinating and performing activities necessary to general order instructions withing the deadlines established for the project. These objectives will be accomplished by maintaining the Harry Rhodes System database and interfacing with all internal and external customers as required to complete these projects on time.
Individuals at this level will be experts in customer service policies and procedures providing meticulous customer service levels for all accounts. Maintain project control on projects to ensure on time delivery of product to the customer.

Prioritize projects with sales persons, customers and related departmentsPerform activities on new and existing items.

Estimates/Quotations

Outside purchasing and receiving of collateral material for projects

Quoting/purchasing/coordinating of label projects

Organize with the Tooling Coordinator

Collating/fulfillment

Ink requests through customer color approval process

Farm-out process

Manage of inventories, replenishment and reconciling with all warehouse locationsMaintain direct contact with customers including responding to calls and correspondence regarding quotations, samples, specifications, warehouse inventories, and order deliveries.Maintain current database on all items in regard to production specifications and pricing.Other duties as assigned. Must have 3-5 years experience as a display customer service rep in the corrugated industry.
