Qualifications
Minimum 3 years sales experience and/or title industry experience
Bilingual-Spanish/English
Industry related knowledge/experience preferred
Ability to present products competently and professionally
Creative prospecting and cold calling methods
Ability to build trust, persuade potential clients, and to overcome objections
Superior time and territory management skills
Group presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent computer skills
