Account Sales Representative
CCH Incorporated, the leading provider of tax and business law information and software in the United States, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Tax and Accounting Group. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales, support, training, and assisting the sales team in closing sales opportunities for CCH's Accounting software solutions. This position requires a team player with a customer centric mentality. The individual should be outgoing and possess good analytical and interpersonal communications skills (verbal and written). 1-2 years of sales experience is a plus, preferably within the accounting industry. New graduates with a degree in Accounting and a desire for a more sales oriented/people oriented type of role are also encouraged to apply!!
Job Responsibilities:
oSales of applications to prospects and clients
oTrain and educate internal sales force and customers on how to use the software applications.
oTrain and educate internal sales force and customers on the features and benefits of the various software applications.
oCoordinate territory/account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota.
oDevelop relationships with internal team members, and external customers such as key decision makers, influencers, and partners.
oQualify and assess customer needs and deliver solutions to meet those needs.
oConsistently build pipeline and deliver an accurate pipeline forecast.
oDeliver professional sales presentations, via the phone and via the web.
oFacilitate communications, respond to customer inquiries, and leverage the appropriate team resources when needed
oGrow existing accounts to full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long term basis
oParticipate in annual renewals of customers.
REQUIREMENTS
oBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training required.
oExperience in either the public or private sector of accounting preferred.
oA self-starter that thrives in a fast paced, sales oriented environment.
oSolid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
oEffective written, oral, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
oExperience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
oAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
