Account Manager (Fresno)

Job Description

The account manager position is the key interface between Philips Medical Systems and its customers. This person will represent Philips and its full line of products (CT, MRI & X-ray) and consult to provide total solutions to meet customer needs while building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key responsibilities include: Establishing rapport with all stakeholders (CEO, CFO, & COO) at prospective and existing customers; interfacing with Service to help ensure high customer satisfaction including involvement with equipment turnover, assessing the customer's business model, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and identifying issues, knowing the customer's vision, values, roadmap, business plan and budget for their entire facility, and creating solutions to meet customer requirements involving the entire Philips team
You will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop an overall territory sales plan, which accurately forecasts possible deals for the year and ensures both order volume and revenue targets are met. You will also have a solid understanding of the requirements for room plans and layout for installation. You will ensure that order processing, architectural service, construction and shipment schedules are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of medical capital equipment sales experience, preferably involving bundled deals. A Bachelor’s degree, Associates, RT certification, or equivalent experience. A consistent and successful sales track record and results (i.e. over quota performance record, proven ability to forecast accurately, a balanced portfolio and a history of competitive wins), and above average rankings from performance reviews.
