Account Manager

Job Duties Responsibilities: Promote profit and growth within chosen focus markets by meeting objectives in the following areas:

P&C new business production

P&C retention

P&C quality presentation goals

P&C focus market prospect lists

P&C product penetration

Life insurance production

Group Ancillary Products

Pension production

Deere Dealer Products

Promote quality and customer satisfaction.

Implement market strategies that are in accordance with company guidelines and which are necessary to achieve company goals and objectives.

Service focus market dealers by assuring timely, accurate, and quality surveys are submitted to the appropriate office. In addition, complete other administrative duties such as:

Collecting of all delinquent premiums as assigned.

Maintain satisfactory expense control as designated by company goals.

Complete other assigned administrative tasks in accordance with company guidelines.

Maintain state licensing requirements.

Improve overall job knowledge by participating in all designated company meetings and functions.

Participate in outside studies to improve skills, i.e. CIC and continuing education coursework.

Perform any other duties as deemed necessary to achieve company goals and objectives.Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong communication and analytical skills are required. A general knowledge of selling techniques and previous sales experience is desirable. Background in technical insurance is helpful. Dealer Operations Focus Markets is strongly preferered.

Account Managers must be licensed or become licensed within a specified period of time, varying by state and must comply with the continuing education requirements of the state(s) they are licensed in.

A car is furnished by Sentry. The travel requirements for this position include daily travel and in some cases, overnight travel. Selection to this job requires a valid driver’s license in addition to having and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle report.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary can be up to $85,000
