We are looking for a Retail Sales Specialist.

In this exciting, fast paced role, as a Retail Sales Specialist you will be actively engaging and selling PointRoll's Rich Media product line within the Retail channel. Your goal is to drive Rich Media Sales. You will be responsible for meeting key sales goals, while building strong relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and cultivate retail on line advertising leads

- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan.

- Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms, and gain commitment within agencies supporting the retail sector

- Maintain effective relationships with both the client and the agency.

- Assist in business implementation of sales package.

- Display a thorough understanding of the retail vertical

- Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor
communication to meet prospect needs and expectations.

- Assist Sales Management in defining and identifying potential retail sales targets

- Provide ongoing internal reporting on status of existing and future campaigns,as well as respond to ad hoc requests from Management

Compensation:
PointRoll offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience and a competitive variable commission based on results against quarterly goals achieved within territory.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Solid understanding of Internet advertising, and sales

- Past advertising within the Retail vertical or client experience
is desired.

- Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and
push revenue expectations.
