We are currently seeking highly driven, professional, full-time Field Merchandising Specialists. This position will average 32-40 hours per week and will cover a territory that will include: ARVADA CO, AURORA CO, CASTLE ROCK CO, DENVER CO, ENGLEWOOD CO, GOLDEN CO, GREENWOOD VILLAGE CO, HIGHLANDS RANCH CO, LAKEWOOD CO & LITTLETON CO. In this role, you will be responsible for performing on-going merchandising and product awareness services in order to influence critical decision makers and maximize sales of Microsoft's PC and Xbox product lines. This position has a structured schedule and store visits must be completed within structured parameters (Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm). Occasional weekend work will also be required (primarily in the 4th Quarter of the year). Holiday in-store activities will require participation, and vacation time may not be taken after October through year-end.



In this role, you will be responsible for setting product to plan-o-grams; ensuring POP placement; installing and servicing PC demos, trouble shooting/repairing and cleaning interactive displays, installing new live product and inline product displays, collecting and reporting detailed inventory data; and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor. You will also work closely with retail associates and managers training them of new product launches, promotions and procedures. Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is key in achieving the goals of this program. You will also serve as a trainer, coach, and auditor, to our part time field representatives as needed.






REQUIREMENTS




Proven and successful track record in retail or merchandising environmentAprofessional demeanor and image to prove compatible with the brand and Mosaic Experience influencing shelf and display allocation and participation decisions by store management Acts as strategic client advisor to store management to enhance retailer relationshipsEffective product trainer, demonstrator and assisted selling representative Independent, self-motivated, and organized, while flexible and adaptable Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and respond to priorities Completes all administrative duties on time and with accuracy Strives to consistently meet and exceed a multitude of program objectives Reliable daily transportation to travel within a structured route



Technical Requirements

24 hour/7 days a week computer access Strong computer skills in the internet, email and MS Word and MS Excel Capable of utilizing the latest in hand-held computer technology for data collection and reporting Ability to complete online training as required Familiarity with video game systems and interest in technical products

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; kneel; stoop; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 50 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
