STORE MANAGER
Store Managers in our fine jewelry stores manage day-to-day store operations and associates by providing the guidance and leadership necessary to achieve store sales and profit objectives. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store. Specific responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding associates; and problem resolution. These individuals also use highly developed communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to each and every customer.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Manager leads the sales floor by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store and progressing through the company training program in preparation for a Store Manager position.

MANAGER TRAINEE
The Manager Trainee will work to gain proficiency with sales techniques through training to achieve store sales goals. The incumbent will also learn store procedures while developing leadership potential in preparation for an Assistant Manager position.
REQUIREMENTS
STORE MANAGER
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience, as well as the ability to relocate. Superior communication skills are required.


ASSISTANT MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

MANAGER TRAINEE
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
