Customer Service/Helpdesk/Trainers

CSR: Full Time NON TRAVEL Support Analysts positions handle inbound calls from our clients, who use our proprietary retail software package and need our support. Analyze their problem, troubleshoot, and resolve. Train clients via web training classes in areas of our software package. Hours are M-F wknds off. Shifts are between 8a-7p. Clearwater FL TRAVEL FIELD SUPPORT ANALYSTS consult and train our clients, and their staff in the use of our Retail Software Package at their locations throughout the US, & Canada. Will also handle inbound calls and train clients via web training classes to use our package as seen above. 90 days training in our software package.

REQUIREMENTS
Non Travel and Travel positions require highly motivated individuals seeking a challenge. Good communication skills and problem solving skills a must. Support analysts must pay attention to detail, be a good listener, work well with others and interact with other departments to resolve issues. TRAVEL positions require training clients and their staff to use our proprietary retail software package at their business location. You must have the flexibility and willing to go when needed. Professionalism in appearance and work ethics required. All positions require 90 days training of our package in a classroom environment.
