About this Job...

As an Bank Teller / Sales Associate, you will be equipped to successfully uncover the financial needs of local customers and advise on a wide range of our banking products and services. Including checking and saving account products.

Candidate must be able to perform the following duties…


Sell banking products and services to new and established customers.


Conduct and perform teller transactions efficiently to enhance the customer service experience.


Identify banking needs through joint in-aisle activities, and maintain effective cross-selling/referral activities.


Maintain working knowledge of all banking products and services, including, checking and savings accounts, and present clients with proper interpretation of these services when necessary.


Position responsibilities are sales, maintenance, and support activities necessary to provide our customers with the best experience possible. REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements…

Qualified Candidates must meet the minimum requirement:


Bilingual preferred but not required.


Must have a high school diploma or GED, or working towards completion.


Strong interest in Sales and Customer Service Skills.


Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers.


Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Must be available to work retail hours which are 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday.
